Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from your receipt of artwork.  If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in an undamaged condition. It must also be in protected packaging. Please buy insurance.  If the item is damaged upon receipt, please contact me as we will need to work with the shipping company to recover the costs.

To complete your return, please contact me first at artist@jefferis.gallery.

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 4 business days, if not sooner.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 2251 Windmill Run, Wimberley, TX 78676

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if we pay for it. .

If you are returning more expensive items,  please use a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Billing Terms and Conditions

Items will be normally be shipped within 3 business days of payment, unless other arrangements are made. Also, since I am a one man shop, when I am on vacation, if an order comes in, I will let you know and shipment will be delayed.  We do not offer billing or payment plans.
